بعد أن خاب أملها في استعداء المجتمع الدولي ضد مصر وفتح باب التدخل الدولي في شئونها الداخلية بدعوى حماية الأقباط من اضطهاد المسلمين المزعوم، تصاعدت الأصوات التحريضية من قبل جماعات ومنظمات أقباط المهجر الرامية إلى إشعال فتيل المواجهات الدموية بين المسلمين والأقباط، بعد أن أطلقت نداءات تحريضية تدعو المسيحيين في مصر إلى رفع السلاح ضد المسلمين. وتدعو تلك المنظمات الأقباط إلى الخروج على سلطة الدولة وحمل السلاح ضد المسلمين بدعوى أن الحكومة المصرية متواطئة ضد الأقباط، وأنها لا تقوم باتخاذ اللازم عند الإبلاغ عن حالات اختفاء فتيات قبطيات يقومن بإشهار إسلامهن،
ما يعيد إلى الأذهان حادثة الأميرية حين أطلق قبطي وقريب له النار على شقيقته المتزوجة من مسلم وزوجها وطفلتهما الصغيرة، فأردى زوجها قتيلا وأصابها هي وابنتها بإصابات بالغة. جاءت الدعوة على لسان أحد ناشطي أقباط المهجر الذي دأب في السابق على الاستغاثة بإسرائيل بذريعة “إنقاذ الأقباط في مصر”،
حيث يصف الحكومة المصرية بأنها “حكومة وهابية”، ويتهمها بالتواطؤ ضد الأقباط وحماية المسلمين الذين وصفتهم بـ “الكفرة” وأنهم “يعبدون الشيطان”، كما يوجه إساءات صريحة إلى النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم والذي يصفه – افتراء- بأنه “مغتصب”.
الدعوة طالبت المسيحيين بالإقتداء بـ “البطل القبطي رامي عاطف” في إشارة إلى منفذ هجوم الأميرية، وحثتهم على عدم اللجوء إلى الشرطة “الإسلامية” في حوادث الاختفاء، ومضت إلى اعتبار القتل في محاولة لما قال إنها “استخلاص لحقوق المسيحيين” معتبرة الموت في سبيل هذا الأمر شهادة، والتي “لولاها ما انتشرت المسيحية”.
